Requirements / Qualifications

Folsom Cordova Unified School District is seeking to build a team that is representative of the Folsom Cordova student body and community. Diverse individuals are encouraged to apply. The District is looking for up to 5 Certificated Personnel to work as Equity Leaders. Equity Leaders will go through Training of Trainers (T.o.T.) training and will provide Professional Development (PD) on Cultural Competence to District staff. Experience: This position is supplemental to your current position in the district and is not site-specific. Candidates must be current employees of the district. Education: Possession of a credential issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC). Pay: Annual Stipend of $3,200 Position is for a one-year term. Equity Leaders will need to complete training and online coursework to receive a Cultural Readiness Certification.
