Job Summary

The Site Director serves as an educational leader assisting the Executive Director in overall school management as needed. Primary functions include overseeing the daily K-12 program operations for 180 students and 20 employees, supporting program implementation, and being the first line of contact for families and staff. The Site Director is also responsible for site level facility needs, teacher evaluations, and curriculum/technology review and adoption.

This role is critical to the daily operations of the site, and in the support of staff and students. PCS offers a range of dynamic educational programming that includes traditional independent study, classroom instruction, hybrid programs and concurrent college enrollment. PCS Quincy operates from a newly constructed facility that houses ten classrooms, office space, and a multipurpose room. The Quincy site serves between 200 and 250 students. The PCS team is looking for an energetic, collaborative, forward thinking and supportive leader to help facilitate the school’s continued evolution in response to the needs of the community served.
