We at Summa Academy are searching for dedicated SPED Teachers to help us build our premier Non-Public School in Pleasanton, CA and Summa classrooms in the Tri-Valley and Concord areas. If you are an experienced Mod/Severe teacher who is looking for an amazing opportunity, this is for you. Our NPS teachers have caseloads of up to 8 students with at least 2 RBTs and a full time BCBA on site. We are also hiring teachers to lead district classrooms where Summa Academy will be providing the support staff and training to ensure that we are delivering the best quality educational and behavioral program to the district's highest need students. This is a great opportunity for teachers that are interested in arning more about weaving ABA into their classroom or pursuing their BCBA. We are truly dedicated to building a top-notch team. Ensures all lesson plans are aligned to students’ IEP goals and standards. Implements Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for the purpose of meeting the individual needs of each student. Provides direction to all support staff assigned to the classroom. Provides updates and consistent communication to families and staff. Evaluates progress
