Requirements / Qualifications

CREDENTIALS: - Valid California Administrative Credential authorizing service as an Administrator. - Valid California Multiple Subject or Single Subject Teaching Credential is desirable. EXPERIENCE: - A minimum of five (5) years experience in human resources and/or other job related occupations is required. - Experience working directly with public schools. EDUCATION: - Bachelor's degree required. - Master's degree in business or public administration, management, human resources, employee relations or related field is required. - Doctoral degree in related field is preferred. - Completion of courses in human resources, personnel, negotiations, and conflict resolution desirable. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: - Must have valid California driver's license and automobile available for use. Must be willing to attend evening, night and weekend meetings. - Employment eligibility may include fingerprints, health (TB), and/or other employment clearance.

Attached credential copy must include DETAILED credential information including the document number, authorization code, authorization description, issue date and expiration date. Such copies can be obtained using the link provided to the Commission on Teacher Credentialing website through the “Secured Search” option. “SUITABLE FOR FRAMING” VERSIONS AND EXPIRED COPIES OF YOUR CREDENTIAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
