Requirements / Qualifications
Valid CA Multiple Subject Credential Must have 24 early childhood units or minimum 2 years experience in transitional kindergarten, or kindergarten experience, or CTC permit for Childhood Development. OR Meet IUSD Criteria: The IUSD, LEA, approved professional experience options equivalent to 24 units include: 2 Years teaching in a TK/PK Classroom 2 Years teaching in a Kindergarten Classroom 2 Years teaching as Lead Teacher in a Preschool Classroom A combination of TK/PK, Kindergarten, Lead Preschool Teacher experience for at least 2 Years A combination of TK/PK, Kindergarten, Lead Preschool Teacher experience and ECE Units Please visit https://iusd.org/pre-kindergarten-pk for more information - linked on the right column, under "Links Related to this Job" > PK Information.
