Position Overview: Jumpstart Job Duties: • Teach and lead developmentally appropriate art, coding, Design Challenge, Lego Robotics, sports, and social-emotional team/building activities. Activity Leaders will be responsible for teaching a lesson and engaging a group of up to 18-20 students in a classroom activity. Jumpstart and Afternoon Tree House Job Duties: • Supervise and monitor the daily activities of elementary and middle school- aged children in summer program both indoors and outdoors • Provide a safe, caring, positive and engaging learning environment for students • Prepare materials and supplies for daily activities. Date of Assignment and Hours: Mandatory Training: June 14, 2023- June 16, 2023 Session 1: June 20, 2023- July 7, 2023 (no school July 4) Session 2: July 10, 2023- July 28, 2023 Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm w/30-minute unpaid lunch (Elementary School) 7:45 am- 4:15 pm w/30-minute unpaid lunch (Middle School) Salary: $25/hour
