Job Summary
The Director of Human Resources will be qualified to oversee personnel policies, activities, and staff of the Highland Community Charter and Technical School’s (Highlands) Human Resources (HR) department while ensuring legal compliance.
Requirements / Qualifications
Provides evidence or documents to include: • Master’s degree preferred or bachelor's degree in human resources or related or similar field. • And five plus years of human resource generalist experience required. • Society for Human Resource Management, Human Resource Certification Institute, or other HR certification desired. The ability to communicate with a diverse group of people on a daily basis Possession of a valid California driver's license
