Job Summary
Job Summary
The counselor establishes and continues to communicate with students, families, staff, and administration to update quarterly progress and events. These services will assist the students in making appropriate decisions relative to their attendance, educational, career, and social development. Supervises students in out-of-classroom activities during the assigned workday; participates in in-service activities provided by the district and/or in self-selected professional growth activities. Coordinates all standardized testing in the high school.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Possession of a valid California Pupil Personnel Services Credential or newly enrolled in a program to obtain the necessary credential. • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university or college. • Spanish bilingual preferred
