Quarry Trail Elementary was created with a dual-language (Spanish) immersion program. This position will provide standards-based instruction in Spanish in two content areas by a BCLAD/Bilingual Authorized teacher, with another teacher providing instruction in English in two other content areas. Applicants for this position are responsible for creating a dual-language immersion (Spanish) classroom environment that ensures learning and personal growth of every student. REQUIRED: Bilingual (Spanish) / BCLAD Authorization Bachelor's Degree with valid California Teaching Credential authorizing service in assigned grade and subject area is required. Bilingual (Spanish) Authorization is required. Desirable Qualifications: Teaching experience at grade level or subject area; Master's Degree and/or post graduate course work.
