Requirements / Qualifications

Must have: Bachelor's Degree Health Services School Nurse Credential Audiometry Certificate

  • Certificate Copy (Audiometry Certificate)
  • Certification (Valid RN license issused by the state of California)
  • Credential Copy (Copy of health services school nurse credential)
  • Other (Copy of Degree)
  • Resume
