Pass Senior Administrative Assistant test conducted on Thursdays at 9:00 am at the District Office High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Office training with emphasis on management and secretarial skills desired; five years of increasingly responsible secretarial experience including two years of work involving public contact preferred. Experience in a public school office is strongly desirable.

40 hrs wk, M-F 7:30 am - 4:00 pm This position supports the Human Resources Department Under direction of the Assistant Superintendent – Human Resources (or designee), performs highly skilled, confidential and complex secretarial and administrative support duties for a Cabinet-level district administrator; plans, organizes, and coordinates office activities and communications to ensure efficient department operations; serves as a confidential employee and as a member of the District Management Team; maintains confidentiality of collective bargaining information during negotiations; performs related work as required.
