Teachers will provide EL instruction to current entering TK - 4th grade students at Majestic School.
Requirements / Qualifications
Must posses a valid California Teaching credential authorizing service in the area of assignment including a CTC approved English Learner authorization; classroom teaching experience; ability to use a variety of teaching materials; ability to apply appropriate techniques and methods in order to assist students with special learning conditions; communicate with students, other teachers, staff members, and parents concerning the needs and feelings of students in a positive manner; ability to maintain effective relationships with students, other staff members, and parents.

Comments and Other Information
Summer School rate of pay will be based on a .7 per diem rate at the appropriate Step of Column C (BA +30) on the current teachers' salary schedule. Teachers not represented by CTAB bargaining unit will be placed on Step 1 of the salary schedule @.7 of column C.
