Launched in 2007, the Partnership for Los Angeles Schools’ mission is to transform schools to revolutionize school systems, empowering all students with a high-quality education. The Partnership is a non-profit, in-District partner to LA Unified, not a charter network. As an independent nonprofit organization, the Partnership serves 13,550 students across 20 LA Unified schools in Watts, Boyle Heights and South Los Angeles. The Partnership works within the Los Angeles Unified School District context, which includes honoring all collective bargaining agreements for its teachers and school staff.

Hiring teachers in all credentialed subject areas! We’re looking for bold and passionate educators and staff who share our vision to create a dynamic and inclusive learning community. Join us and empower our students to reach their full potential. As a classroom teacher with the Partnership for LA Schools network, you will be an LA Unified School District employee with access to additional support and resources to meet your student's needs. The Partnership for LA Schools offers 100 hours of paid time ($5,000) for credentialed teachers coming to this school for the 2023-24 school year. This allows you to be paid for all of the time you are already putting into preparing for the new year. Please note, applicants who are not yet teaching in LAUSD must also complete LAUSD's online application at www.teachinla.com.

Salaries from $64,381 - $104,252 for prelim. and clear credential holders, with extra pay for those who are National Board Certified.

Free induction program to clear your credential as well as opportunities to add authorizations.
