St. Timothy School is seeking an eighth grade homeroom teacher for the 2023-2024 school year. This teacher will be responsible for the eighth grade middle school homeroom class and subject specific classes of history social science/ELA for grades 6-8. Requirements/Qualifications: *Minimum of a 4-year undergraduate degree, advanced degree desired *Valid California multi-subject teaching credential *Experience and passion for teaching middle school students *Desire to embrace and the Catholic ethos of the school and promote the Catholic spiritual development of students *Strong unit, lesson, and assessment planning abilities *Knowledge of differentiated instruction and working with students with diverse learning needs *Ability to innovatively integrate technology into instruction on a daily basis *Strong classroom management skills *Excellent verbal and written communication skills *Sense of humor and willingness to be flexible Compensation and Benefits: Salary commensurate with the Archdiocese of San Francisco Elementary Salary Scale; medical/dental benefits eligible Application Instructions: Interested candidates should submit resume, cover letter, and references via email to: Jennifer Esola, Principal jesola@sttimothyschool.org STA
