This is a long-term substitution position. Teaching responsibilities include teaching PreCalc and Calculus classes. Position Statement San Domenico School, a K-12 independent school in San Anselmo, is seeking a dynamic professional for the role of Long-Term Substitute Upper School Math Teacher for the 2022-23 school year. Key Responsibilities: Work with a Math Teacher to plan lessons and post weekly agendas and resources to the school online LMS (Canvas) for 4 classes a week. Teach lessons in a modified block schedule with clear mathematical explanations and interactive lessons.
Requirements / Qualifications
Core Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in mathematics Ability to teach PreCalculus and Calculus Proficiency with technology COVID vaccination: Current requirements state employees provide proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination record or proof of medical or religious exemption. Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching with iPads Experience using Canvas or other LMS
