Job Summary
Job Summary
Under the guidance of the Director of Construction, Maintenance, Operations and Facilities, this classified supervisory position will plan, organize, coordinate and schedule custodial, grounds, and maintenance activities for the District. Additional typical tasks include: inspection of District facilities, developing work schedules, communicating with vendors and contractors, supervising and conducting performance evaluations of assigned personnel, preparing and maintaining reports related to inventory, supplies and work orders.

• Must have a valid driver license and be insurable • Must posses or be able to secure a license for applying pesticides within six months of hiring
