Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE) is seeking qualified, technical talent for the Senior Payroll Specialist position. The Senior Payroll Specialist performs a variety of specialized and technical duties related to payroll and system related functions and activities to ensure County Office employees are paid in an accurate and timely manner; leads, trains, and provides technical support to lower level clerical and technical staff. Requirements / Qualifications
Education: Graduation from high school or equivalent is required. Experience: Two years of experience in payroll processing and the utilization of automated business systems or one year as a Payroll Specialist within LACOE. Hybrid remote schedules may be available. To ensure the health and safety of its staff, LACOE may require employees to provide evidence of full vaccination against COVID-19.
