Job Summary
The job of Attendance/Health Clerk is done for the purpose/s of providing accurate accounting of student enrollment and attendance to school site administration in accordance with the provisions of the California Education Code. Provides support in meeting the health need of students; documenting and maintaining student health information required by Federal/State/Local agencies; and providing appropriate care and/or referral for ill, medically fragile and/or injured students as may be required.
Requirements / Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; Valid CPR/First Aid Certification or willing to obtain if hired;
- CPR/First Aid Certification (valid CPR/First Aid Certification or willing to obtain if hired)
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 Letters of Recommendation)
- Other (Passing score on District Proficiency Test (will not be required if applicant hast at least 48 college units or an Associate degree or higher- must submit college transcripts as proof))
- Proof of HS Graduation (Copy of High School Diploma or equivalent)
