Credential Requirements: -Education Specialist Mild/Mod or Mod/Serv WITH Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Authorization -Intern eligible encouraged to apply Required Qualifications: -Special Education and/or Early Childhood Education experience -Willing to work with young children with a variety of disabilities, including autism -Understanding of early developmental expectations -Ability to plan developmentally appropriate activities; work w/families & specialists -Experience with assessment and IEP documentation -Willingness to learn and be trained in specific strategies to support young children with special needs -Patience in managing student behaviors
