Job Summary
The Alumni Giving Manager works with Saint Francis High School and Holy Cross alumni to cultivate and solicit annual gifts and contributions through annual campaigns, annual appeal efforts and donor fundraising events. This position is responsible for designing and implementing a strategy to increase annual unrestricted and other gift support of Saint Francis High School through the timely execution of appeals, e-appeals and other multi-channel fundraising campaigns. The Alumni Giving Manager serves as a donor relations manager corresponding and responding to all alumni and especially key alumni leadership benefactors. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Design and document a complete annual strategy to achieve SFHS alumni annual giving goals and in support of the Saint Francis fund in dollars raised and donors secured - Devise and clearly & effectively articulate a compelling case to alumni for supporting the - Saint Francis Fund and other areas of support - Steward and develop a portfolio of alumni donors and raise funds through direct personal asks - Define and manage a comprehensive Saint Francis Fund direct alumni appeal program including content creation, timeline, budget, and mailing lists - Provide regular stewardship and report progress via reports and dashboards - Create content marketing for annual support of the Saint Francis Fund in various alumni and community publications - Coordinate and expand opportunities to educate students about the importance of giving back to SFHS - Coordinate and execute SFHS day(s) of giving in collaboration with the Annual Giving - Manager, Advancement and Marketing & Communications teams - Cultivate and steward existing and new alumni donor relationships - Ensure the highest quality of donor stewardship and alumni for all other advancement-related guests to the SFHS campus or through off-campus events - Increase alumni engagement in the mission of the school through donor events, support, and volu
