Job Summary
Performs a variety of complex and responsible clerical, record keeping, profiling and reporting or other support duties usually following well-established policies, procedures and mandated regulations. Provides clerical support to a specialized department, function, or educational program that provides services district-wide.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education and Experience A high school diploma or equivalent AND three years of progressive clerical or administrative support experience, preferably in an educational environment. OR An associate degree with coursework in business administration, communications, behavioral science, or a related field AND two year of progressive clerical or administrative support experience, preferably in an educational environment. OR A bachelor’s degree with course work in business administration, communications, a behavioral science, or a related field AND one year of of progressive clerical or administrative support experience or higher, preferably in an educational environment. Licenses and Certificates May require a valid California driver's license

PURPOSE
To establish an eligibility list to fill current and future vacancies (full-time, part-time, permanent, and temporary) for up to one year. The current anticipated vacancy is a full-time (8 hours/day), 12-month position located at the District Office in Simi Valley, CA.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Completed applications must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. on July 3, 2025. Late applications will not be accepted.
TESTING PROCESS:
A) Multiple Choice Test = 40% weighting on final score
Tentatively scheduled for the week of July 7, 2025
B) Structured Interview = 60% weighting on final score
Tentatively scheduled for the week of July 14, 2025
