Job Summary
Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Intervention Coordinator or designee, the IHS Navigator works with IHS students to deliver assistance in the students’ native languages whenever possible, connecting students with community, school resources, and services as needed. The purpose of this position is to provide a means for clear communication for the student to receive information regarding school activities, procedures, programs, Career technical guidance, and services, that are available. Bilingual in English and Russian is preferred.
Requirements / Qualifications
Any combination of education and/or experience working with English Language Learners related activities or an English Language Development setting is preferred; college graduate is preferred; previous industry experience in school setting is desirable.
The position requires the following items: 1. Resume 2. Letter of Reference 3. Proof of completion of a high school diploma or GED 4. Bilingual in English and Russian required
