Job Summary
Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Operation, the Clerk III in Bookmart performs a variety of technical duties to support the Operations Department. These include: filling student textbook/material orders; process returns, answer emails, and resolve problems.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: igh School diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of customer service experience is required. Warehouse/library or relatable experience is a plus.
Competency test will be administered to qualified applicants. Must apply through EdJoin and upload the required documents named exactly as stated (i.e., Letter of Recommendation) in order to be considered for this position.
