APPLICATION PROCEDURE: Submit the following documents: 1. DISTRICT SUMMER PROGRAM LETTER OF INTEREST/PROPOSAL (form attached to the district job posting that was emailed to all certificated staff on 2/21/23). 2. Successful candidates will be interviewed. The structure of the program will be: Student Program: July 10, 2023 – July 21, 2023 Teacher Hours: 7:30am - 12:30pm Teacher Prep Days: Friday, July 7, 2023 (7:30am-3:00pm) Friday, July 21, 2023 (1:00pm-3:30pm) * Teachers will be paid at the hourly rate of $55 for all summer program related activities/duties.

Interested candidates must submit a proposal to describe their expertise in the area they are interested in teaching, related to STEAM. The proposal should include things such as: topic/concept/unit of study; standards addressed; materials; hands-on learning activities/experiences; and learning outcomes.
