Position: Associate Director or Director of College Guidance (Full-Time; Exempt) - Pacific Ridge School seeks a full-time college counselor to join our team beginning August 1, 2023. Experienced College Guidance colleagues interested in developing our student-centered program with an established team of dedicated college guidance professionals who collaborate with faculty, staff and administration to deliver a program in tandem with the goals of an established advisory system are encouraged to apply. This is an on-campus position, located in Carlsbad, CA. Pay range is $80,000 - $110,000.
