Job Summary
Under the direction of the Supervisor of Buildings, perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled activities in the maintenance and repair of assigned facilities, utilities and equipment including tasks in carpentry, electrical work, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), construction, plumbing and painting
Requirements / Qualifications

Licenses and other Requirements • Valid Forklift Certification. • Valid California Class C driver’s license
