Job Summary
Under general supervision, to perform specialized and relief bus driving activities in the Transportation Department to include the transport of students safely to and from school, special trips for student activities or field trips and /or for special needs students. This position is distinguished from the Bus Driver (Regular or Special Needs) by the ability to drive in relief of any bus driver with minimal advanced notice per assignment(s) by the Director; and to do related work as required.
Requirements / Qualifications
Valid CA Class B Drivers License, operator's license and accompanying medical certificate, School bus Drivers Certificate issued by the California Highway Patrol, First Aide certificate issued by the American Red Cross or California Highway patrol

This physical strength test helps us select employee candidates that have demonstrated a minimum level of strength to perform the essential functions of the job
