Requirements / Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION INCLUDE: • Any combination equivalent to: two years college-level course work in business administration, planning or a related field and three years of responsible technical assistance in community planning, demographic projecting, and use planning or related activities. • Knowledge of principles and practices of land development planning. • Knowledge of basic real estate principles and practical operating knowledge of accounting and mathematics. • Knowledge of principles of community planning and demographic projecting including financial instruments and trust deeds. • Knowledge of operation of a computer and assigned software. • Ability to prepare, maintain and submit accurate and complete records and reports. • Ability to understand and administer contracts. • Ability to conduct research studies involving statistical analysis including the ability to integrate that information into a database management system. • Ability to collect and organize demographic data and organize and manipulate both computerized and manual data files employing rapid and accurate data entry.
