Requirements / Qualifications
IN-HOUSE PROMOTIONAL - OPEN TO CURRENT CONTRACTED SUSD EMPLOYEES ONLY MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of progressive experience in custodial, grounds, or general maintenance service. Requires a valid driver’s license and a forklift certificate.

SELECTION PROCESS: All applications will be screened to verify current SUSD employment and ensure applicant meets minimum qualifications. The process will include a 2-part oral panel exam. Candidates achieving a passing score of 75% or higher will be placed on an eligibility list and will receive a departmental interview.
