Requirements / Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License and Evidence of Insurability Print out of H-6 (good driving record documentation) is required at time of employment. Valid Approved and Accredited Food Safety Certification. Annual completion of at least 12 hours of continuing education/training to meet the USDA professional standards and requirements.

SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Director-Nutrition Services, plan, organize, and direct the daily operations and activities of the Nutrition Services program
for the District; coordinate personnel, resources, and information to assure smooth and efficient food service activities; train, supervise and evaluate
the performance of assigned personnel.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduation from high school or equivalent and four years of increasingly responsible experience in quantity food preparation and service operations
including two years in a supervisory capacity. College-level coursework in nutrition, business, restaurant management, or a related field is desired.
