Job Summary
Under general supervision of the Director of Maintenance, Operations, and Transportation, the Student Support Driver will operate a vehicle for the transportation of students over a scheduled route, or on a special excursion.

Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school, one year experience in the operation of automotive vehicles. Possess a valid California Driver’s License. Ability to participate in specific training related to the transportation of students with special needs and related transportation equipment is required.
Successful applicants must pass a pre-employment physical (paid by the District), including drug and alcohol testing. Department of Justice fingerprint clearance must be completed prior to the first day of employment at the cost of $62 to the employee.
