The Waldorf School of Santa Barbara is seeking a First Grade Teacher for the 2023-24 school year. The ideal candidate will have a Waldorf teaching certificate, a bachelor’s degree, classroom experience in a Waldorf school, a deep commitment to serving the children, and a warm-hearted spirit ready to engage with parents and colleagues. WSSB offers a competitive salary and benefits, including medical, dental, and retirement, tuition remission, and professional development. Salary is based on education and experience. We anticipate a class of eighteen vibrant, first-grade-ready children.
