Job Summary
Under general direction, perform a variety of routine but responsible office support activities, including typing, filing, and record keeping, in support of an assigned school office operation. Receive supervision from the school administrator and/or designee, within a broad framework of standard policies and procedures. Perform office functions in the processing and maintenance of assigned record. Requires accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements / Qualifications
Must be a High School graduate or equivalent with training in typing, filing, and office machines; some experience in related clerical work. Successful completion of the District Clerical Proficiency Exam.
