Requirements / Qualifications
MATERIALS * Enrollment in a School Psychology Program from an accredited college or university * Completion of coursework in psychoeducational testing, counseling, classroom/behavioral management * Anticipated completion of a Master's Degree * Three current letters of recommendation * Letter of Introduction * Resume * Transcript MUST be University Intern Eligible
Requirements: * Knowledge of Response to Instruction and Intervention (RTI2) * Experience with Curriculum Based Measurement (CBM) * Experience in completing systematic behavioral observations * Ability to work with school site staff and play a supporting role in the development or maintenance of a school-based RTI2 model to support all learners * Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations, and writing assessment reports * Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and willingness to design and implement behavior interventions to increase appropriate target behaviors * Knowledge of how to develop and implement behavior support plans * Knowledge of research-based instructional strategies * Experience consulting with teachers regarding behavior and academic achievement * Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communications skills * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Experience counseling youth and knowledge of crisis counseling
