Job Summary
Job Summary
Working with the school principal or designee, the PAC will provide instructional support and coaching to teachers to support their implementation of Teaching the Springs Way including implementing first best instruction and school wide interventions in alignment with the school’s Multi-tiered Systems of Support. The ideal candidate will be multi-faceted, multi-skilled, resourceful, and willing to do whatever it takes to help our students reach a level of academic excellence. A primary goal of this position is to build the capacity of teachers through modeling and coaching first best instruction and effective remediation.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: * Bachelor’s Degree. * Clear CA Multiple or Clear CA Single Subject required; Clear Single Subject English and/or Math is highly desired. * Participation in the Personalized Learning Cohort preferred. * Experience working with adult learners, coaching teachers, and delivering professional development preferred. * A minimum of three years exemplary teaching; Springs exemplary teaching strongly preferred.
A Teacher proficiency test will be administered to all qualified applicants. Must upload the required documents - upload the attachment named exactly as stated (ie. Letter of Recommendation) in order to be considered for this position.
