Job Summary
The job of the Family Support Services Coordinator is done for the purposes of assessing the community/school needs, identifying strategies to address needs, and coordinating resources to meet those needs. The Family Support Coordinator facilitates services to families to create effective systems of support to improve student outcomes and opportunities. One of the main functions of the Family Support Services coordinator will be to oversee the implementation of the Community School Partnership Program (CCSPP), specifically the faithful implementation of the four pillars (Integrated Student Supports; Family & Community Engagement; Collaborative Leadership, and Expanded Learning Time and Opportunities), and program/grant compliance related to staffing, data collection, data sharing, and record keeping. This position reports to the Senior Director of Educational Services.
