Job Summary
The coordinator plans, organizes, controls, and coordinates district-wide family engagement activities; assists with coordinating policies and procedures designed to promote and maintain effective relationships and understanding between the school district, parents, and community, and builds the capacity of site leadership and personnel to cultivate the conditions for community and family collaboration and participation. *Education/Training Experience *Bilingual skills are highly desirable *Any combination equivalent to a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience in activities and programs promoting family or community engagement OR a minimum of two years of experience working with a non-profit entity in a leadership capacity
