Requirements / Qualifications

Education/Experience: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and two years of responsible clerical experience involving contact with the public in an automated office environment. Two years of responsible clerical experience involving contact with the public in an automated office environment. Desirable Qualifications: Type at a rate of 45 words per minute from clear, legible copy. Speak a second language on a conversational level.

Under the direction of an Instructional Specialist or Assistant Principal, perform a variety of responsible project-related clerical duties to assist administrators; input a variety of information and produce a variety of correspondence, records, reports; greet the public, answer phones and provide information; maintain assigned project activities and budgets; order, process supplies and maintain inventories for assigned programs; assist with the Elementary District testing process and facilitate the re-designation process.
