Under administrative supervision and the direction of Program Director I, the Behavior Interventionist provides support services, monitors, and is trained using behavior management techniques, intervention strategies, coping skills, and problem-solving for students with behavioral challenges through the use of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis). Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, Preferred Must have at least completed some college coursework or be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university. We have a preference for programs related to early childhood education, psychology, behavior, or related field. Experience: Have worked with students and staff in a school or youth organization A minimum of 6 months of exposure to/experience with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) or other related developmental disabilities.
