Requirements / Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: *Successful high school football coaching experience. *At least 3 (three) years of successful high school football coaching experience at the varsity level as head coach, offensive coordinator, or defensive coordinator. *The ability and desire to build a comprehensive 9-12th grade football program. * The ability and desire to teach football skills and conditioning to athletes, varsity coaches, sophomore coaches and freshman coaches. * The ability and desire to efficiently organize practices into experiences that actively involve all members of the staff and team. * The ability and desire to support the Lincoln High School faculty in academic, social and disciplinary matters. * The ability and desire to be a positive role model for students, coaches, parents and community members. *The ability and desire to fund raise and manage the football program budget. * The ability and desire to show respect to coaches, players (regardless of skill level), opponents, fans, and officials. * The ability and desire to adhere to C.I.F., league and school rules in an ethical manner. * The knowledge and ability to administer first aid and emergency procedures.
