Under general supervision of an administrator or supervisor, performs a wide variety of clerical work.

Requirements / Qualifications

Education: Graduation from high school or evidence of equivalent educational proficiency. Experience: Six months of clerical experience. Optional Second Language: Some positions in this classification require the ability to speak, read, and write a second language in addition to English, and may require bilingual proficiency for which selective certification may apply (Education Code 45277). *Per Board policy, employees are allowed on District campuses or facilities only if they are fully vaccinated. This resolution applies to all applicants upon hire. Applicants are required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination status to the Personnel Commission Office on the date of the examination. Applicants will not be allowed to take the examination without being fully vaccinated. People are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after completion of two doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
