The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our small private independent school, including answering phones, managing vendors, preparing expense reports, managing security and janitorial staff, managing human resources files, maintaining inventory of supplies, and managing attendance. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with families and students, have at least 5 years of experience in office management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent organizational and time management skills. They should be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities: -Answer phones and handle general inquiries from students, parents, teachers, and community members -Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors, including scheduling and handling invoices and payments -Prepare expense reports and assist with budget tracking -Manage security and janitorial staff, including scheduling and supervision -Maintain human resources files and assist with hiring and onboarding processes -Keep track of inventory of supplies and place orders as needed -Manage attendance for students and staff -Work with human resources to maintain and digitize personnel and student Files Qualifications: -Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Excellent organizational and time management skills -Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively -Experience in an independent, private school or education setting preferred Salary range: $65,000 To apply go to Treeacademy.org/jobs About TREE Academy Tree is a non-profit student-centered learning community in West Hollywood that focuses on nurturing authentic relationships with students and empowering them to discover their passions.
