Welcome to the Santa Maria-Bonita School District website. We are the largest school district in Santa Barbara County with about 17,500 pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade students. BASIC FUNCTION Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, initiate the identification and recruitment process for new participants into the Migrant Education Program; give direction and assistance regarding Migrant Education Program, school and community services available; assist the office staff in the maintenance of documents, concentrating on the resignature process for currently enrolled participants.

Requirements / Qualifications

Type 50 words per minute. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Any combination equivalent to Graduation from High School and three years experience working with students in special programs including the Migrant Education Program.

  • Proof of HS Graduation (Any combination equivalent to Graduation from High School)
  • Typing Certificate (Typing Certificate (50 net words per minute, no more than 5 errors, 5 minute typing test. No online tests accepted.))
