ABOUT THE ROLE Are you passionate about supporting the mental health needs of BIPOC youth in an academic setting? So are we, and we’re hiring a Classroom Therapist to help cultivate Unconditional Education with one of our close-knit school program teams. Seneca’s Unconditional Education HEART program is looking for a Classroom Therapist to support a caseload of Hayward middle school students and families with therapy, case management, and consultation services. As a Classroom Therapist, you’ll provide outstanding therapeutic and case-management services, including conducting mental health assessments and implementing individual behavioral plans. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with teachers, counselors, and school leadership to ensure the success of youth and families in a district school setting.
