Copy of HS diploma or transcripts showing graduation or equivalent, or GED Certificate, or copy of TRANSCRIPTS showing high school graduation date (PROOF OF EDUCATION MUST BE ATTACHED TO EDJOIN APPLICATION). Keyboarding/Typing Certificate must indicate 50 net wpm or more (5 min. test) and be dated within 12 months of the position closing date and must be signed and dated by test proctor.
Keyboarding/Typing Certificate must be a 5-minute timed typing test, must indicate 50 net wpm or more, and must be dated within 12 months of the position closing date and must also include the following: 1.Name of Organization administering the exam 2.Your Name, first and last 3.Date exam was taken (within the past 12 months) 4.Certificate must be signed by proctor of the exam *ONLINE KEYBOARDING/TYPING TESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. *COPIES OF DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED MUST BE LEGIBLE.

This position requires at least two(2) years of school district, office, or secretarial work at an increasingly responsibility level.
Prior to employment, all applicants are subject to a fingerprint clearance through the Department of Justice (DOJ) and a fee for processing. Authorization of employment will not be granted until the fingerprint clearance from DOJ has been accepted.
CURRENT EMPLOYEES SHALL REMAIN IN A POSITION FOR AT LEAST ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE BEGINNING DATE OF AN INITIAL PROBATION OR PROMOTIONAL PROBATIONARY PERIOD (PER CONTRACT, ARTICLE 15).
