Education and Experience: Education - Required: * A Bachelor’s degree in social work, education, or related field, and five years of experience. * Master’s degree highly preferred * Experience with contracts, budgets, Memoranda of Understanding * Successful experience working with public school systems, including the development of community schools, achieving excellent results for all constituents * Proven experience fostering social change involving large, complex organizational systems, educational reform processes, and school-based partnerships * Experience working in an urban school district environment * Experience developing and facilitating community partnerships * Demonstrated success in program planning/management activities furthering school success, student achievement, and positive child, youth, and family development Licenses and other requirements: * Valid California Driver’s License * Valid California Administrative Services Credential * Employment eligibility will include fingerprints, tuberculosis and/or other employment clearance * Ability to fluctuate hours to support community schools programs, including District and site level family and student engagement and after school capacity building
