Credential or a detailed letter indicating the type of credential you are pursuing i.e. Multiple Subject, Math, English, Education Specialist-Mild/Moderate, Mod/Sev, etc. and when you will apply for credential)
Letter of Application Resume Transcripts (all transcripts -- unofficial are fine) Test Scores (CSET, RICA)
