Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, perform a variety of technical duties in duties in support of an assigned school; monitor and maintain program budgets; prepare complex reports as required by District, County, State or federal regulations; maintain and assure accuracy of various financial and statistical records and reports; answer phones and greet and assist parents, staff and visitors.

Requirements / Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Education: High School graduate or equivalent. Proof required at time of employment. Experience: Two years of clerical experience. Any combination of training and/or experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities may be considered. Testing: Passing scores on District Clerical tests: School Programs Technician, Proofreading, Letter Formatting, and a typing/keyboarding speed of 40 WPM, within the last three (3) years. Other: Bilingual/Spanish desired.
