Requirements / Qualifications
* High School Diploma or the equivalent; Two years of responsible office/clerical experience, or combination of education and experience; * Skill in operating a personal computer, fax machine and other office equipment are necessary. * Bilingual in Spanish highly desirable. * Experience and/or completed coursework in first aid and/or in the healthcare field is preferred. * Licenses in the field of medical assistance (CNA, LVN, other) desirable.

Under direction of the assigned Administrator, this classified position will carry out responsibilities consistent with student attendance procedures, student health services, and school office parent liaison as described. School attendance procedures will include the collection and maintenance of student attendance information at the assigned site; meet district, state and federal requirements relating to attendance processes including parent notification; prepare and distribute attendance reports and materials; provide clerical support at assigned site; and communicate various information regarding activities.
