Program leaders interact with students to provide a positive role model, coach, and mentor. Program leaders support the ISANA Mission and Vision through effective implementation of daily program guide activities and Fun Friday projects. Program leaders are flexible, committed, hardworking, and enthusiastic as it relates to their interactions with ISANA stakeholders. Program Leaders will receive continuous training and coaching support to strengthen their capacity to engage students in an expanded learning and enrichment environment.

Requirements / Qualifications

Requirements: At Least 48 College Credits Ability to speak, read, and write academic English. Prior Experience working with school aged children preferred. Must clear TB and Fingerprint check.   Hours: Monday – Friday 2:15pm – 6:00pm Disclaimer: Placement on the pay schedule is contingent upon verification of qualifying prior work experience. To be eligible for experience credit, the experience must be in the same or an equivalent role, and must reflect at least 85% of a full-time work year. Candidates who do not meet these criteria will be placed at Step 1 of the pay schedule.
